Below, you can add 7 extra trauma treatment modalities alongside your Schema Therapy foundation training with Dan Roberts.
Each accompanies 3 modules, a demonstration, and quiz to complete.
The reason we call this the Accreditation Package is because when you work through the full material, and finish each quiz, you will have more than 20 hours as a trauma informed practitioner under your belt.
Ultimately our program is accredited by the National Council of Psychotherapists, and upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate due to having 20 hours of CPD learning. So by exploring these extra training modalities, you can now become CPD certified.
This is the list of the extra modalities and experts we’ve featured:
And more detail is included here:
We’ll join Deb Dana, a licensed clinical social worker, by exploring the nervous system as a means of dealing and healing trauma.
There are 3 primary and inter-related principles of polyvagal theory, relate to our 3-part series:
The demonstration and application with Deb runs for 47 minutes, and 4 seconds.
We’ll join Internal Family Systems (IFS) psychotherapy founder Dr Richard Schwartz, as he reveals the foundations of IFS.
Our demonstration and application with Richard runs for 44 minutes, and 5 seconds.
We’ll join Giselle Genillard, by exploring the multi-layered elements of trauma stored within the body. Somatic experiencing helps clients build an increased sense of awareness to their internal experience (interoceptive, proprioceptive, and kinesthetic sensations).
Our demonstration and application with Giselle runs for 31 minutes, and 6 seconds.
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) is an experiential therapy, as opposed to cognitive therapy. This means that SP emphasises tuning into the body’s experience… rather than just focusing on the traumatic event in isolation.
Our demonstration and application with Tony runs for 21 minutes, and 52 seconds.
We’ll join Dr Stephen Dansiger in pursuing trauma recovery through Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing Psychotherapy (EMDR). The big movement we’ll make here is from trauma informed care, to trauma focused care.
Our demonstration and application with Stephen runs for 58 minutes, and 1 second.
We’ll join Dr Robyn Walser as we look at intervention based healings to trauma through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
This works through 3 pillars: Open → Aware → Engage… which removes a fear of the future based on events of the past.
This is achieved through 6 mini-interventions of: Present moment, defusion, acceptance, self-as-context, values and committed action. Here’s how Robyn helps us achieve this…
Our demonstration and application with Robyn runs for 38 minutes, and 17 seconds.
Alongside Deborah, we’ll deep dive into the connection between shame and criticism, which CBT can often fall short on soothing for particular clients.
Our demonstration and application with Debroah runs for 34 minutes, and 23 seconds.
The Accreditation Package also includes a money-back guarantee so you can jump in and try the program today.
