About the Hosts
Dr. Richard Schwartz is the creator of Internal Family Systems (IFS), a transformative therapeutic model that helps individuals heal by understanding and harmonizing their internal “parts.” With a Ph.D. from Purdue University, Dr. Schwartz developed IFS in the 1980s, blending systemic family therapy with insights from his clients.
Although originally designed for mental health challenges, in recent years, Dr. Schwartz has focused on harnessing the power of IFS to help leaders create greater internal alignment by understanding and harmonizing their internal “parts”. Practitioners of IFS now include bestselling authors, entrepreneurs, creators, and broadcasters, who are leveraging IFS to cultivate inner harmony and unlock more of their creative potential.
This experience will be co-led by Dr. Schwartz’s partner, Dr. Jeanne Catanzano. Dr. Catanzano is a licensed clinical psychologist and Vice-chair of the IFS Institute, with over 25 years of experience.
