We believe in a world where everyone has access to a world class education in how to most effectively manage their psychological well-being, and realise their full potential.
We also believe that a great deal of human suffering is unnecessary, and caused because we don’t properly understand the human mind, and how it works. Therefore, by improving our understanding of the mind and developing greater levels of self-awareness, we can free ourselves from unnecessary suffering, realise more of our potential, and create a world in which as many people as possible can thrive.
The Weekend University’s mission is to make the most important, evidence-based ideas from psychology more accessible, so that you can use the knowledge to improve both your own quality of life, and the lives of those around you.
All TWU lectures are published on our YouTube channel and podcast six months after each live event.
